He worked his schedule to accommodate our tricky schedule. We visited several properties. Bill was always available to answer questions. Once we found 'the one', he walked us through the process. When we had more questions, he knew most answers and if he didn't, he would find it and get back to us. He was patient with us as we were rookies in land searching and buying. He gave us info we needed even if we didn't know we needed it. He would tell us things to think about and kept us in the loop on what to look for or what to expect in the process. We could not have been more pleased with Bill and his work ethic and investment into our working relationship and now we are happy to call him our friend.
