After many years focused on client care and advocacy in a corporate setting, Lisa Rivard has perfected the concept of customer care. Lisa has a genuine desire to connect with her clients and help them not only find a home, but the right community in which to work, play and thrive. She has a thoughtful, caring personality that enables her to connect with people of all different backgrounds and walks of life.

Lisa has always been driven to excel. She received her BS in Microbiology from North Carolina State University and worked in the pharmaceutical industry as a research scientist for 14 years.
She then spent more than 20 years in corporate communications and customer advocacy. Over the course of her career, she has developed tremendous relationship building, problem solving and organizational skills that benefit her real estate clients today.

Lisa also had a creative side. She is both a writer and interior designer, and her keen eye for design can help you imagine renovation possibilities or stage your home for maximum appeal for buyers.

Lisa and her husband, Dana, have four grown children and four grandchildren. They live on a 20-acre farm where they raise horses, longhorns, chickens, dogs and cats, and Lisa is an avid gardener. When she’s not working with real estate clients, Lisa volunteers at a local pregnancy center and with an equine rescue group helping rehabilitate neglected and abused horses.
